Horrible design
This is HORRIBLE design. It does not stay in place, and I am constantly having to adjust it. It even moves as sitting against the pillow. Do not recommend this to anyone.

This feels great on my back. Well designed. But only works if you don't have a chair without a gap between the back and seat because it falls down.

Comfortable and Efficient

Lumbar Cushion
When the package arrived I could not open it fast enough to remove the lumbar cushion. The placing of the order was easy. The delivery came exactly when they said it would. I love my lumbar cushion. I am now going back to Staples to order a foot rest. I try and make myself as comfy as I can while at work and Staples is the place where I can get those items.
