Terrible tape - does not stick
This tape sticks to itself somewhat fine, but the one thing that you would want it to stick to - moving boxes and cardboard boxes - it does not stick at all. I mean it will stick initially but five minutes later you’ll come back and find the tape peeling away from the box on its own. I had boxes open while carrying them and when shipping them with this tape. Hands-down...

Tape is too sticky
We have used this tape in the past with great success. However, the most recent tape we purchased in December 2024 is too sticky. The tape does not want to pull off of the roll.

What does this stick to?
I never heard of "hot melt" tape till this showed up today. I had to go look it up, and try it and.... what is this tape good for?
I did some tests and the stuff won't stay on cardboard *at all* in cold temps (fridge/freezer). Hot temps (about 130F oven) I don't trust it, altho it stuck better.

Large rolls
The tape is great, it just doesn’t fit my dispenser but I love the tape. Just using it and using scissors to cut the tape. Sticks very well and very easy to peel.

This. Tape. Does. Not. Stick!
I bought this tape for use in packing/shipping packages. It does a really poor job of sticking to the surfaces of cardboard boxes. It takes me at least two layers to ensure that the adhesive will actually take to the box. For light-duty jobs, this tape is probably fine. If I'm shipping a package cross-country, it fails miserably.
I'll use up what's left of the package....

Hard to manage
Does not stick to itself well, so when using a tape dispenser you will get overruns, which creates slack between the spool and the cutter bar, which makes it very hard to cut. I have been buying tape from Stamps.com for the last 10 years. This is by far the worst I've used.

Great strength
Thank you for the extra strength. I didn’t know they existed. They work good. My other tape keeps breaking. And the length is longer. I just hope that it cuts when I want it to. And not keep going another six inches

Not Sticky
Been using this to mail boxes, been getting less satisfied as I go along. It doesn't like to stick to anything for long. Storage definitely would not last. Found out today it will NOT stick to plastic bubble mailing envelopes,, and not even itself on that envelope. Returned.
