very expensive paperwieght
install first roll of 4x6 labels and create the label send to printer and get an error that the labels in printer are not the same size as what i have checked off in the software. ive double checked everything 839 times now and nothing changes. i would not recomend this printer to my worst enemy.

Smartest purchase I’ve made in a long time. Easy to set up and use. Free downloadable software that works great, you don’t need other software or questionable apps.

Very Happy
Love the QL-1100. When I bought it and it did take a hot minute to figure it out. I am very pleased with this product. Hasn't skipped a beat. Clear print every time.

Not worth it, too much hassle.
Can't get it to load properly on my computer, even though I have had techs remote in to try and fix it. Would prefer a refund. Much to expensive for the lack of work it does. You are better off just using a regular printer with 2 labels per page.

Labels are way too expensive
Great printer, but the labels are too overly high quality and I don't want to pay the premium for a short lived shipping label that only has a life need of 10 days. There needs to be a cheaper option for shipping needs.

Lazer Fast Printing
This printer just shoots labels out. I use mostly for printing shipping labels. It is extremely easy to refill. Requires no ink which is great.

Takes a little bit to set up but works great!
What I love most about this is that I won’t have to buy ink cartridges anymore! Takes a little while to get set up but once the printer is set up so easy to use and prints out perfectly each time with sticky back to stick to your packages! Great addition to any resellers essentials.

Good bang for the buck.
I compared several label printers. This one is the best bang for the buck if you are not sensitive to label price. The label roll fits nicely inside.
Very easy to setup and start printing from Shopify for 4x6 labels.
The only drawback is to use labels only from Brother.

Frustrating
Most of the time it will not print offline, which is often the case at cinference and meeting venues.

Would not print quality
I have a new MacBook Air and this machine would not print quality no matter what I did. I refuse to pay this much for a machine I have to fight with. I ended up printing all my labels from my printer and cutting them out. That frustrated me looking at a label printer I can’t use! I’m sending it back asap!

great printer
its a great printer overal the only issue ive had is when i use generic labes that i didnt buy from brother the machine doesnt know what it is so i had to mess with the ptouch edditor to get it to work other than that its awesome
