I ordered one last year, when we got it the printhead did not work, so we got a replacement, it's been less than a year now, I had a tech come out to check on the printer, he told me that the printhead is expired, they sold us a print head that won't work after 2023, from what I'm told by the tech the pinheads last at least 2-3 years, check the sticker and make sure tha...

Defective...leaked ink all over
The printhead we received wasted a lot of ink, leaking it inside the plotter, on the floor, and all over me. It was a mess to clean up. Had a service technician from a local repro company come out and determined it was defective, and he replaced it for us with a working printhead.

HP Designjet T3500 is the worst machine ever built
I'll be returning this printhead as we have decided that the Designjet T3500 is such a piece of trash that we will not be fixing it. Rather, we'll be throwing the printer in the garbage!!!

Great Service!
Needed a new print head ASAP and our local supply company was out! Ordered from HP and called to be sure it would be received the next day. Not only was it delivered over night, the rep discounted the shipping so it didn't cost any more than ordering locally. If I wasn't on hold for 20 minutes when I called, the whole experience would have been 5 star!

Doesn't work
We bought this printhead a few weeks ago and began the installation but some ink was missing. We bought HP ink and rebegan the installation but error 21:13 appeared and now nothing works and we wasted about 800$ CAD. We need a tech to call us. Printer worked before

Not sure
Don't know if it works because it was replaced as instructed by the printer diagnostics... only to have the same instruction given after installing the new print head. Printer still not usable.

Exactly what we expected
This printhead is the most expensive consumable part on a large format printer. We replaced and recalibrated it and it works beautifully which is what we need to have. Our engineering business depends on having this plotter up and ready.
