Great scale!
This scale is just what we needed for our office. However, I wish it had come with its own A/C adapter. I'm looking on Staples website right now for the right adapter. Had to do a live chat to have them help me find it.

Inaccurate...Accuracy of a scale is the point!
Scale does not register for any item under 8 ounces.

l liked the size. My issue is tha its not very accurate if you start adding weight after the initial piece tha you put on it. I would jump several ounces before it would register again.
I needed it to be precise to the tenth of an ounce and it would not do that .

Needs to be labeled NTEP OR CTEP,
Needs to be labeled NTEP OR CTEP, COUNTY ONLY ACCEPTS THOSE MODEL CODES WHEN SELLING POSTAGE retail.
I have a shipping center and my scale was not certified when the county came to check. I drove an hour and a half to the nearest office store. If staples can check to see why they are not certified NTEP OR CTEP I would buy.

Stopped Working
I was super excited to get this postal scale for my growing business. I had it for a couple months and it worked fine. One day, without warning, it would not power on. I tried batteries and the power cord. It simply would not turn on. I returned it.

does its job
it does its Job. the LCD Module is real cheap looking. regardless if your using batteries or have it plugged in, the screen times out after a short time. I have had complaints from my team about having to constantly turn it on each time they go to weight something. I would recommend if its plugged in that it could stay on.

Great Product Easy to use
This is a great scale. I needed a bigger scale that would handle larger boxes for my clients and I was sick and tired of trying to use superhuman vision to view the readout, which was under the box and at counter level...HA! Problem solved. Well made, great product.

Broke within 6 weeks.
This item was purchased on 10/13 and stopped working on 11/26. Only 6 weeks of normal use before it broke.

Digi Scale
The scale does what I need it to. It isn't heavy and it's easy to use. I have had very accurate readings. It will not weight "light items" depending on weight, but so far I am satisfied. I probably need a letter scale for items that weight under 1 pound.
