Uni-Ball Deluxe Rollerball pens (blue ink)
I think the Uni-Ball Deluxe Rollerball pens are the smoothest writing instruments around (and I have had many rollerball pens over the last 20 years, both refillable and single use) and the color of the blue ink is perfect.

Roller ball pens
