so far have been good
these toner cartridges have been distributed to other departments so far I have not had any complaints but it's a little early as I just ordered them and haven't been using the cartridges very long.

Poor first impression
The tape on the cartridge I received was extremely hard to pull out, but it appeared that it had all been removed. The cartridge worked for a handful of prints and then the quality started decreasing. After a few more prints the printer displayed an error that the tape needed to be removed from the cartridge. Don't Waste Your Money
The toner cartridge started leaking powdered toner as soon as I opened the package. My printer has not printed right since I installed the cartridge, very poor color quality.
