Lousy highlighter.
These things are like a translucent crayon. Waxy substance does deposit light color but not bright enough. Save your money

BEST Highlighters
These Highlighters do NOT soak thru the paper. I love them when I need to highlight a page that is front and back. The colors are bold and they don't get all over me or my desk!

No Bleed Through
