Great Value
These are good quality binders with a front, side and back clear sleeve. Use these for customer projects and workshops. They last several years with moderate use before the vinyl "hinges" start separating.

I haven't been able to identify the packages if they have arrived here.

Okay for the price
As always you get what you pay for and these binders work for what I need. They will not hold up to long term use so if you need something sturdy dish out those extra dollars and get the better binders.
