Great!
We received the white version of these recently by mistake and they're definitely less durable than the natural colored towels. The white towels rip into pieces when trying to tear them from the dispenser. The brown ones are much sturdier, and of high quality.

Towel rating
Towels are cheap. Staples towels previously were of thicker, better quality. These towels are so flimsy, can't hold much water

We did not receive this product
We did not receive the paper towels that we ordered. Instead, two boxes of paper wipes were sent for use in Mothers' Room. I just ordered more of these because I thought this box was used immediately. But...we never received this item.

Poor quality recycling
Unable to get the center roll out without tearing it up. I like recycling but this is poorly made.

A little bit thin for bathroom use
I love that the towels are recycled and I plan to use that as a selling point to our clients. They are a bit thin for use in bathrooms, but they are less expensive than the Scotts. I'll have to see if that balances out or if we end up seeing the need to order more often.

alright, nothing to write home about
These are of decent quality. Softer to touch than some cheaper brands I've tried. Seems to absorb alright as well but not the most thick so I find I'm having to use more than usual to accommodate that

Staples suggested this item to save money however it was not like the item I had ordered the Item: 827871 | Model: 89480 the one suggested didn't fit our paper towel dispenser so it was not a good suggestion on Staples part.

Product was suggested by Staples as a replacement for what I normally use. Unfortunately, this product did not work in our towel dispenser because the width was too small at 7.8" need to use 10".
