No Pleasing Some People
I rarely review a product, but after seeing the two bad reviews on this product, I felt compelled to write something. Our firm has been using the Smead Super Tab Heavyweight folders for years. These folders are GREAT! The super tab enables us to see the entire label when files are in the filing cabinet, and they are NOT too narrow. They fit an 8-1/2" wide piece of paper...

Narrow
Although the folders are heavyweight and legal length, they are too narrow for documents.

I requested LETTER sized heavyweight, SuperTab folders and once again LEGAL sized folders were sent to me by Staples. Could you please check to see if LETTER sized exists from SMEAD or other company? Many thanks.

Super Tab
I like how sturdy these are...they are definitely heavy duty. However, I ordered legal and needed letter size so I will improvise and trim them or I will switch to a legal size file cabinet. Either way I know the folders will work great.

Heavy weight Manila folders not so heavy
Ordered the legal sized heavy weight manila folders. They are not nearly as thick or strong as the letter sized folders I previously ordered. Definitely better than the normal thickness folders but not as much as I hoped.
