I am very pleased with this product. The drawers open and close very easily and with a little tinkering from a latch inside, they will open all the way, a first for any file cabinet I have owned, and I have owned many, many cabinets. Paid $200 for UnNeeded Assembly
This was sold to me at a S. Jacksonville, FL store and my husband and I were told that it would need assembly for which Staples charged an extra $100 per File Cabinet. I bought two cabinets. Perfect for my needs
I was using a cheap metal file that didn't open all the way, and for things I only needed to reach once a month, it was tolerable. Then I needed to use it every day, and it was horrible. Excellent Service, But qualiti File
The Staples customer service is amazing, but the file cabinet not good quality. Staples change one time the file because it was broken, but the quality of the second file wasn't good too for the price.

I bought the same exact model files cabinets less than a year ago and they were perfect. The new one I just got are totally different. The wheels are different, the length is slightly smaller and worst of all the inside will not even support a standard letter size handing folder. Arrived very quickly but the lock on one of the drawers was broken and laying inside the drawer, sort of like whoever put it together broke it in the process and said “oh well”

Good small 2 drawer file cabinet.
Well made and it is great that it has built in wheels. Also the drawers open all the way. But unfortunately, the drawers do not have a locking button so both drawers can open at the same time and tilt the cabinet forward. Does have a key lock to lock the both drawers.

The design of these cabinets is handsome, but they are vulnerable to mishaps in shipping. The sheet metal is somewhat flimsy and the cardboard carton and padding the cabinets are packed in is not adequate to survive any significant bump.
