I was having difficulty locating the correct refill. One of the Staples associates spent the time to track down the proper refill and assist me in ordering from Staples on-line. The correct refills were promptly delivered to me. Excellent customer service for such a small purchase. That is why I choose Staples.

Dr. Grip refill
Sorry, they did not fit. They may fit another pen I have, but these were skinny refills. My Dr. Grip pen has a shorter fat cartridge.

Needs better description of which pens it fits
My pen is a PILOT Dr. Grip Limited and do not work. Pens and refills need better description as what pen & refills go with each.

Very disappointed!!! The refills did not fit and the shipping for something that weighs a few ounces was TOTALLY OUTRAGEOUS!! I definitely do not recommend.

work fine
refills are great, better than throwing plastic pens in the garbage when the ink runs out but the refills should be less expensive than the pens themselves.

Ink does not smear
I love the feel of the Dr. Grip pens, but, unfortunately with the medium 1.0 size tips the ink tends to smear. And I hate that. So I'm now using these Fine tip refills.
Now the ink doesn't smear, though not perfect for writing on all sorts of paper.

Pen refill was too short.
My Grosse Point, Michigan store kindly ordered this as a refill for a pen I had. Unfortunately, while it was slim enough to slide into the pen, it was too short. So you carry them longer?

It dosen't fit my pen
I have to return it to the store so I can find a refill that actually fit my pen. I love my pen and I hope tp find a refil that fits it. I'm sad it dosen't fit my favorite pen.
