Canon ix6820 color injet printer
This is the 2nd canon pxima ix6820 that I have purchased. It is an excellent printer and I would order it again and again.

Not Happy!!!
On this model, and all other new models, they have removed the "effects" panel in the properties section of the printer that allowed you to choose different effects for your photo. I liked my old pixma printer better. It was smaller, did more (like scan), paper feed was on bottom. We had to hard wire this new printer because we couldn't get the wireless to work. Great printer
I’m happy with this large format printer. I started doing screen printing and needed a new printer and this one works great my only issue is I can’t get it to connect to my Mac so all my prints have to be off my iPhone which isn’t a problem but would be nice to print right from my computer. Overall I’m happy with it

VERY NICE, BUT....
Highly flexible printer that does a very nice job on most documents. I'm having problems with envelopes on the leading edge. The envelopes being fed are well within the thickness range and very flat.

It Won’t Print
I have had this printer less than a year. I use it twice successfully, but now it will no longer print. It says there is a paper jam, but there is no jam. I have spent hours trying to get thing to work. Don’t waste your money on it.

Works well for stickers
The IX6820 is working well. I primarily purchased it to create sticker version of my artwork. I will move on to art prints later.

Solid, reliable printer
Our office has used these Canon Pixma ix6820 models for several years. We do hundreds of color prints per week for various projects and pitches. This model performs way better than the newer models. Sometimes they are hard to connect to WIFI, so we just wire them. But the WIFI will work eventually.

Crisp photo quality
I’m an artist and I print and sell my own prints- the photo quality of this printer is excellent. I strongly disagree with many of these reviews. If you are having issues with print quality consider upgrading the paper. This thing is STURDY I mean I accidentally fed my printer like 20 paper clips by accident once and she’s still going strong. Pixma iX6820
Four stars because I haven’t used it much yet. I bought it for the larger size capabilities and it had good reviews as a craft printer. This is my first Canon printer. I have always had Epsons, but have had issues with them when printing on card stock. So far this Canon pixma printer is doing everything I want it to do.

Good print quality but not reliable
Worked great for when first purchased, recently replaced the ink cartridges and the B200 error hit. Now it's useless. Save your money. Would be much better if print heads could be replaced.

Paper jam sensor broken…WI-FI option bad
Had this printer for maybe 3 years. Produced beautiful prints, wonderful sticker art, prints cardstock just fine. But the Wi-Fi option is the worse. Couldn’t get it to stay connected to any computer.
