Slow
This is not made for a grocery store that laminates signs on a daily basis. It is really slow and it did not heat up properly. Corners of signs would not seal correctly, even after letting heat for 5 minutes. Its made for small jobs and person use, not for a business that makes signs for an entire retail store daily.

Annoying Vertical Creases Down Both Sides, Jams
I just received this machine today, and have tried to laminate 3 documents, without success. The laminator works, but leaves a very visible crease 1-1/2" from one side and 2" from the other side. Best laminator for teachers
Being a teacher, I laminate everything for my classroom and students and this laminator is a life saver. I can laminate so quickly which is really important to me as I have so much to laminate daily. Best Classroom Investment
Very efficient and easy to operate. All laminations came out smoothly. As a teacher myself, I laminate papers very often. Very good classroom investment.

Excellent Laminator
Had been looking for a decently priced laminator for the office for more than a year. This one was finally offered by COSTCO. Couldn't be happier. Quality of product is excellent and it is quick and uncomplicated. Not very noisy and has the features that I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Great machine
Purchased this as a replacement and was really surprised at how well it works. Its quiet and faster than noted. This will be a great addition to the business and happy to say we picked the correct machine to work for us.

Good Laminator
Starts up quickly and laminates nicely. Lightweight, easy to handle and simple controls. Loading is easy; but very sensitive to putting the pouch in straight. If you load it just slightly crooked, it reverses back out until you feed it straight which can be slightly frustrating. Overall good product (especially for 11" x 17" laminations) and would recommend.

Fellowes Callisto So Easy to Use
We replaced our 25 year old laminator with the new Fellowes Callisto 12.5 Thermal and cold laminator. No more waiting 20 minutes for the machine to heat up no more cardboard holders. This machine is SO quick and easy to use.

Great for the Office
We had to replace our office lamination machine after the rollers broke and caused jamming and unworthy laminating, only a few short months of purchase. So that takes a few stars off for durability. Otherwise its a great product that produces excellent lamination.

Great quality at small price
Just received my new Fellowes laminator and couldn't wait to try it. It's very easy to use, quiet and the finish product is of a good quality. I will recommend this product to whoever is looking for a reliable machine at a good price.
