DON'T BUY THEM
I PURCHASED 3 OF THESE. NONE OF THEM LASTED MORE THAN A FEW DAYS, AND I MEAN NOT EVEN A WEEK, BEFORE STATING THE CARTRIDGE NEEDED TO BE CHANGED AGAIN. I TOOK THEM BACK TO THE STORE AND I WAS TOLD IT WAS NOT A STAPLES PRODUCT. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE QUALITY AND THE SERVICE.

Great Product But Buyers Beware It Is Incomplete
Definitely recommend. The toner cartridge works as good as a new one, but does not include the plastic holder that comes with the official Brother cartridge. Buyers need to be aware they will need to re-use the old one. Just guessing that after a few uses a new cartridge will be necessary to replace the over-used plastic holder. So far so good!
I am a first-time buyer for this laser cassette. It works as expected. I'm sure I will try TRU RED(tm). The only question I have is what do I do with my old cassette? I would like to recycle it, but there were no instructions in the packaging telling me what to do with my old unit. If there was, I missed them.

TRU RED™ Brother (TN-420) Black Remanufactured Standard Yield Toner Cartridge works fine
This cartridge is much less expensive than the Brother branded ones. Only problem is that re manufactured cartridges cannot tell the printer about the toner level and so the printer stops printing after only a couple of hundred pages.
There is a YouTube video on how to correct this problem which is not difficult to follow.
