Historically, I like Moleskin. Typically use the smaller pocket size for special notes, like passwords. Great Notebook for Work
I love Moleskines. I always choose the paperback notebooks because it's easier for my left handed self. I think they're the perfect notebook for work where you need to take a lot of notes. I like the band so you can close the notebook after your done with it. They are on the pricier side though.

Pretty but not great
The paper and cover are pretty, but my fountain pen bleeds and it probably would be the same with gel pens.
