just what i needed
This cart replaces one bought from Staples two years ago? that failed. The handle didn't telescope properly. I hope this one lasts a longer time.

Not helpful for seniors..
Large/wide suitcases make the cart start tipping and rocking wrenching my wrist. The handle is not quite long enough and I am not a tall person.

Very good cart and easy to use
I sometimes need to tote two or more Banker's Boxes to work. You can load two at time and easily move boxes of books files and other items.

Teacher friendly
I use it to carry school bags and laptop. Works well. If I only put one bag on it it's a little unstable but fully loaded it's a great asset.

Not enough extension
The handle does not extend tall enough so I had to hunch over to pull it. The handle was a bit wobbly and felt like it could snap after prolonged use.

A Little Dissapointed
Was a lot smaller than I expected. And while lightweight it seems sturdy. So far. But the base is only BARELY wide & deep enough for 1 Samsonite suitcase and the handle doesn't extend high enough for a 2nd smaller one to ride above it. So since I'm taking 2 I'm having to extend the base with a strong pc of cardboard for the 2nd suitcase to sit on in front of the 1st...

bought cheap; but not universally useful
small platform no extensions and difficult to use with oversize bags or file boxes. handle extension good(6'1" user) as were wheels{up over curbstone on grass/ little shaky on cobblestone=but may be due to imbalance of boxes} most luggage has wheels so was intending to use as portable dolly for moving file boxes of cardboard & plastic...didn't work for that purpose.

Good and bad
I was impressed with the compactness and the light but sturdy frame. What I realy didn't like was the initial smell of the bungee cord. After unpacking the carrier from it's wrapping I was hit by a very strong petroleum/asphalt odor. I had to move it into another room to avoid the smell and slight eye irritation.
