The card stock is too thin
Many of the cards that I bought simply pass through the clock without recording anything. When I place two cards together and pass it through the clock it prints very clearly. I have bought many packs of cards and it seems to happen on all packs. It's very fustrating and time consuming to repeatedly make out new cards.

SMOOTH BACK
RECENTLY ORDERED THESE AND THE BACKS ARE NOW SMOOTH / GLOSSY AND DO NOT WORK AS WELL IN THE MACHINE. TAKES SEVERAL TIMES THROUGH CLOCK BEFORE THE TIMESTAMP IS STAMPED ON THE CARD.

Pyramid 4000 series time machine and cards
