Very poor.
When I just opened a ream of so-called "bond" paper (I bought 5 reams) I discovered it is not bond paper at all; it is regular paper. Bond paper is textured but I received smooth paper. Please call me at 773-478-0600 or email me at [email protected] to discuss how to straighten this out. I do not want regular paper, let alone for $13/ream; I can get it for ...

Excellent Paper
Very smooth feel, good thickness that reduces show-through when printing double sided, and great ink retention and printing sharpness. I prefer this paper for my everyday printing over 20lb paper. A small price premium for a big quality improvement.

Buyer beware
I love the paper. The product is great. But why did Staples send me not only one but two shipments of paper whete the reams of paper were open and used? Every ream of paper was cut open in the box and the box was taped multiple times where it was a return item. If I’m purchasing something new don’t sell me something else that someone else returned.
