I'm very happy with the HP inks. they are easy to install and are true to color.

terrible
I don't use my printer a lot. the cartridges do not come close to lasting as long as advertised. I probably haven't printed more than 200 pages in the almost two years I've had it and bought four or five cartridges already,not worth the money.

"Counterfeit" cartridge messages???
The ink cartridge arrived in a box and plastic housing identical to the old one. HOWEVER, when I installed the cartridge I got several error messages indicating that the cartridge was a counterfeit cartridge. I have printed several documents and have had no problems. So, I don't know what to make of the counterfeit messages. Is this a recycled cartridge that somehow...

HP Ink Is Expensive and geeting harder to find
I have been a promoter of HP computer products for years but they are pricing their ink to levels that will make me reconsider recommending their products. I also believe their software is forcing replacements of the cartrigdes

Good quality but low quantity
The cartridges work fine but they just don’t last as long or make as many copies / pages as advertised. The ink is depleted even if you are printing very few pages over time. This is especially true of the colored ones. For the price they should last much longer.

Great Customer Service
The cartridge is always fine. This review is about customer service. A few days after I had ordered the replacement cartridge, I received an empty (not sealed) envelope. I used chat feature to complain; as a result, the replacement cartridge came the next day. This is what we all want: GREAT service!
