I've used this packing take for several years. I works great and meets requirements of USPS, UPS and FedEx.

Does not stick!
I wanted to tape numbers on computers and thought this would be a good tape to use. It wouldn't stick and was very hard to use. It would tear apart into small, unuseable pieces.

Cutter not positioned efficiently
The cutter doesn’t work efficiently enough to use this device with one hand. Maybe this one is a fluke, I don’t know.

Tape is the Best! Dispenser is Awful!
This is the first time that I've used this brand of tape. I ordered one with a dispenser so I would have something to put the refills on. I absolutely LOVE the tape. The dispenser isn't worth the material it is made of, which is why I only gave this a 3 star. Packing tape holds well but stinks!
Tape holds boxes well but it has a very strong glue smell to it. It's also very noisy when trying to box something up if you are in a home office.

Tape End Gets Stuck
Its small size is a plus. The quality of the tape is very good, but the loose end sticks to the roll too easily after dispensing. Then it's almost impossible to find and detach the tape's end. I wish I had bought another kind of dispenser.
