Best Ever
This purple hi-liter is the highlighter I track down no matter what it takes. You generally have to order it online because the big-box stores have all converted to a rival brand. Ink Too Dark
What can I say about a highlighter? It would be fine but the ink is too dark & even bled through the paper.

Avery® Hi-Liters®; Chisel Point, Fluorescent Purple, 1 Dozen
So far so good. I wanted the "pen" highlighter, which Quill used to carry, but they don't have it anymore; our choices are getting slimmer. I have to use this brand purple highlighter, as other brands are not transparent enough to see the writing. I tested one from the box and it is exactly what I need, except for the size.

Great highlighter - we are able to see what we are highlighting! Many purple highlighters are so dark that it almost covers-up the written words. This brand does not do that. It is easy to see/read what you're highlighting.
