Damaged when received twice
First delivery the box was damaged but we hoped the item would be fine. Opened it to find it damaged. Did an exchange hoping the first was bad luck but when the second order came the box was fine but the cabinet was also damaged and would not open. Decided to just return the item instead of trying a 3rd time since I need a file cabinet and cannot keep waiting.

Outrageous price for a damaged product
I was hesitant to order after reading the reviews. Ten years ago I bought a large filing cabinet from Staples and delivery and service was great. This time not so much. Great File Cabinet
These are exactly what I was looking for. I purchased 2 and they hold an extensive amount of sheet music books and other files! The only tricky thing is that some of the hanging file folders don’t quite slide as easily but I like the fact that they hang on the drawer instead of the metal piece that breaks easily! Surprising Quality
I was impressed with the quality of this product. Being it is a Staples product and not a name brand like HON I was not expecting greatness. Really happy I saved $200-$300 and bought from Staples.

I just ordered two of these units. One of them was fine the other one the lock came out when I turned the key and it had not been put together properly. It took 45 minutes to get it together so that the lock wouldn't fall out and would work. On the plus side the slides are really well made compared to others.

Expensive file cabinet.
order a cheap one off Amazon and it came in severely dented and realized it was too cheap to be worth keeping even if it was ok so I returned it. I bit the bullet and bought this expensive one from Staples and when the first one came it was dented beyond use. Miguel did an excellent job bringing in the bulky heavy two drawer file cabinet up stairs to the porch and then up to the second floor. He was a mensch & SO helpful to us getting the file up to my study!

Strong & Solid
Omg I am soooooo pleased with my purchase! I have the top drawer full of my files...and now when I pull that drawer out to its full capacity...the file cabinet remains solid and does not tip forward! Amazing! I couldn't wait to throw out my old stupid file cabinet.
