Great cups
Easy on the eyes with kind of a retro 50s design, keeps the coffee hot and the hands cool. Does anybody really read a review of disposable cups?

Misleading picture and discription
The image was a case and the write up also implied. Called Walmart.com, they agreed and said the distributor would contact me. The distributor never did!

BIG ISSUE
Every single 50/pack bag these cups were packaged in was OPEN at the top. Several cups fell out on the floor before I could catch them & were thrown away. The rest of the bags were also open and had to be taped closed before they could be stored. These contain fluids that people drink. Having an open bag can expose the cups to contamination, and onward to whoever us...

lids don't fit
Cups are fine. Lids that are recommended to buy with it don't fit (Solo traveler lids).

Not good for hot beverages.
We ordered what we thought were paper cups for hot or cold beverages. These cups have a synthetic "feel" and retain the heat, requiring a napkin or cardboard sleeve for comfort. Quill will not accept a return of the cups and suggested we might donate them. They did offer a credit toward our next purchase. Good service, not so good product.

These are perfect!
I'm in charge of buying supplies for weekly coffee hour after church. The 8 ounce size is perfect, they're not hot to the touch, and the large quantity box of 500 cups will hopefully last us for months and months. Bought them before and will continue buying these great cups.

Superior insulation
