Didn't work

Handset Lifter
The previous headsets we bought came with the headset lifter. It would have been nice from the beginning to know you now have to purchase separately. Installation on the phone was a little difficult so the extra adhesive strips really helped.

when my ten year old headset quit working I thought I would have to buy a whole new headset, turns out I only needed to replace the lifter. easy to replace/install.

Doesn't work with my AT&T phone
Unfortunately this didnt work with my AT&T phone. The cord doesnt fit anywhere. I used it in the past with a Cisco phone and liked it so I wanted it again.

I purchased 2 of these and they work with our current headsets. We absoluetly love them. I can be working in my warehouse or back parkinglot and still answer the phones. Totally Awesome!

Works like a charm, but I did have to make me a thin spacer for the side of the lifter to center the lifter under my headset. Otherwise, a fine product.

I am on the phone about 90% of the day and I love the fact that I can be anywhere in the office and pick up the phone, before I was running back to pick up the receiver. The picture looks like the item will be big, but the fact is when it arrived it was in small box. MAKES ANSWERING THE PHONE W/HEADSET EASY
This "Lifter" from Plantronics make answering the phone with a cordless headset very convenient.
This was very easy to set up and attach to my phone.
I strongly recommend that if you are getting a cordless headset that you get this as well.

I already have 2 others!
Very good unit. The front desk staff loves the plantronics hands free system. No more holding the phone with your neck and ears causing strain of head and neck muscles. This is a no brained purchase. The only thing is you have to get used to the headset and the intercom like sound that comes from the earpiece. Other than that, it is a very good investment.

Great range, delay time a bit long.
I can answer the phone from any room in my office, which saves me a lot of running. I wish the response time was a bit faster, but I will certainly continue using it!
