broken in 5 months
doesn't get that much use to be completely useless in 5 months - impossible to load and constantly jamming- thought it would be a slam dunk sticking with the Swingline brand but I was sadly mistaken

Piece of junk
This has been the worst stapler I have ever bought!
It gets stuck after every 2 staples. We can not make it to work. It is more than a hustle I wish I was able to return this piece of junk or get credit for it.

does the job
I ordered exactly what I had (which was about 20 years old). I was glad that they had the same model. Very happy that it is lighter weight but still does the job. would recomend to not only get the 5/8 inch heavy duty staples but 1/4 inch heavy duty. great stapler.

Worst Stapler Ever!
Literally always jams, maybe actually staples 1 time out of 100. Currently looking for its replacement so it can be thrown away.

After using it for 2 weeks it has been satisfactory. It is easy to use and is very easy to change the staples when another size is needed. We replaced 3 heavy duty staplers that were causing issues. I actually ordered 2 different models of heavy duty staplers when I ordered this one. The other 1 went back immediately since it caused issues the first time it was used...

not worth it
we just purchased this item and we only used it for a day, it jammed and the staples are stucked in the cartridge, I dnt recommend this product, now we end up purchasing a new one... this is a waste of money, I cant return it anymore bec we throw the box away. :(

A lighter touch
We totally needed an upgrade from our old heavy duty stapler from the 80's. That thing was ancient. But now we are super happy with the new and improved light touch heavy duty (purple) stapler that we got.

Just fine. . . until it isn't
Staplers have been around since the late 19th century, but it's still apparently impossible to get a well made stapler that will works well and will last. This almost $100 sample is a case in point. Bought originally to help weak-handed secretaries to staple thick legal documents together, it works, but it breaks. Just bought the third one in 10 years. So that's the bar...
