BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Pictures misrepresent
Fiberboard must be fancy word for CARDBOARD. This product completely misrepresents itself, its description and pictures. This is a piece of JUNK!!

Dissapointed
2nd unit had to be shipped to me to combine usable parts from each to make 1 good unit. I still had to drill new holes, predrilled holes were mis-aligned and/or stripped and were not usable.

It is adequate for our purpose. Too expensive - it's a cardboard organizer. I used gloves putting the metal parts together because there are sharp edges. One plastic piece was broken but I was able to get a replacement.

Great - once you get it together!
This product does a good job but the assembly could make one suicidal! I had the assistance of 2 men to assemble it. It took the 3 of us 4 hours to get it together. The instructions are just a series of poor quality photos. The little metal clips that are the shelf holders kept falling out until I figured out that they hooked UP in the slots, not down. Looks great, seems cheap
I ordered this thinking it was a great deal. After it arrived I realized I was hoping for something sturdier. I am concerned that cardboard and plastic will not last long. It looks like wood but is like the metal on a storage shed only much thinner and looks it might dent easily. Great organizer. Quality so-so.
This was a nightmare to put together. The holes didn't align up and it came in what felt like a million pieces. Cardboard sections? Seriously? This is $500+ item. I didn't expect half of it to be constructed from cardboard. Very flimsy after fully assembled. On the positive, it was the only rack I could find that held 72 pieces of marketing materials. Poor Quality Product
First item delivered was damaged. Second item was delivered with no issues, but difficult to assemble. Once assembled, does not look like picture. Also flimsy shelves. Cannot hold modest amount of paper without shelves collapsing. In addition, the frame is beginning to come apart. Staples should discontinue sales of this product.

putting this together is NOT easy
I think it would be a fantastic use of space if only I could get the darn thing put together. The tiny screws have so little space to move in ...somebody HELP !!!!

If it sounds to good to be true...
Planned on using sorter for files. To unstable for daily use. Disappointed in product not fitting the description. Should have put it back in the box and not bothered putting it together.

DO NOT PURCHASE
This is a joke. I am considering taking it back, but you can't take it to a staples, you have to ship it back to the manufacturer. Shelves are made from cardboard and the metal is all bent up and flimsy. Took 2 hours to put together to try and bend everything back. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!
