I'm a artist I draw everyday I have been looking for a carmine red pencil for a long time that would not break every time you would draw a line on a carving. This is the best red pencil I have used in the last 40 years that I have been in business. I would like to by them in bulk in the future.

Poor Quality
The pencils could not be sharpened as the red lead was broken throughout the pencil. We used an electric sharpener, small hand held sharpener and the "old school" wall sharpener that is powered by moving the handle around & around. NONE of these options would permit the pencil to be sharpened without breaking the lead further up. I tried on all 24 pencils and had to ...

These pencils aren't worth the money
These pencils are not great. When you try to sharpen them, the lead breaks or seems to already be broken inside them. Will not buy again.

not impressed!!
We have used Ticonderoga Red pencils in the past and loved them! These are very poor quality. The lead breaks every time I use them and I am having to sharpen most of the pencil away. Very disappointed

My 10 year old autistic grandson saw these somewhere and convinced me that he had to have them. Joyous celebration when he opened the package. Good for a red pencil
These are better than my Crayola red pencils that break extremely easily. These will still break, but they sharpen better. And now I have 12, so if one breaks, I have another. The erasing is so-so.

Necessary Tool!
I have an unusual use for these red “pencils”. I sing in my church choir and in a band. The comments I make on my sheet music need to stand out and sometimes need to be erased!
