We purchased this item back in 10/6/21 and it stopped working in May of 2022. It won't staple seems like the sensor went bad for some reason and we are attempting to return it.

Swingline Commercial Electric Stapler
Thus far in the last two weeks I have not had any complaints from our Accounts Payable Manager who has worn out two of the commerical Bosch electric staplers in the last three years. Broke after 4 weeks of use
A metal part/piece "flew off" after less than a month of use. In the past this model has served us well; something seems to have changed. It's going back and we are trying a different model/brand.

This our second one
Not because the first one broke but because it worked so well for the past 2 years another staff wanted one! We use it for 2-3 hours a day. Great product.

Broke in 2 weeks
Like others have stated - the older version of this model was stellar but something changed. Years ago we had one that lasted more than a decade. Our second one lasted about a year and the newest broke in 2 weeks.

Swingline Commercial Electric Stapler
Not good right out of the box it jams then the eject knob breaks so no way to get the staple holder out. Bought a new one at Office Max. hope fully this will work.

Great stapler
I love my Swingline Commercial Electric Stapler!! The first one I had lasted 14 years. So of course I bought the same exact kind!!

Newer models don't last
I work at a state agency and we have lots of the 67 model. The older models worked very well. In the last several years we continued to buy them but these newer ones jam can't open the stapler to refill with staples and are basicly worthless. These problems started within the first year. We will be shopping for another brand. Considering the cost of the 67 not worth ...

Doesn't staple correctly after a year
I purchased this because it said it handled a high volume. I go through a row of staples every 2-3 days. At first it worked perfectly. In the last couple of weeks it has begun to crinkle one side of the staples and barely go through an 8-10 page document. I purchased the exact staples it recommended for use. I am disappointed it quit stapling correctly in under a year.

Great stapler. Do try other swingline electric stapler. I went through three of them before we purchased this style. This one is durable and will last for many years to come.

Most of the staples "crinkle" using recommended staples
I spend most of my time removing crinkled staples - even when stapling as few as 5 documents even using your recommended staples. This stapler was purchased less than 6 months ago - we have two and have the same problem with both.

Not worth the price...pretty much jammed everytime you stapled more then 5 sheets.

Do not recommend
Purchased the stapler 2-3 months ago...now it jams after each staple and needs to be reset.

It only lasted us 13 weeks. Really was expecting more from this industrial looking stapler.
