Beyond my expectations!
To be honest,it’s more than I need..So much space…IPad,laptop,phone,notebook,keys etc..and it’s pretty stylish..Love it

Zipper broke after only 6 days of use.
I likle the bag. It has potential., But the zipper on this one broke after only 6 days of use. I will return it and see how the next one does.

Quality bag on price point.
The case has plenty of storage areas and the quality of the material meets its price point. The only issue I have with the product is that the zipper on the front pouch sticks. The zipper looks like it is not aligned properly on this one section.

Great features.
I ordered this online. It arrived within the time period listed and was exactly what I needed. It has good construction and is of good size. It protects computers and has plenty of space for chargers, colling boards, papers, etc.

Strap hardware disintegrates within months
Nicely designed but the strap implementation is trash. The plastic strap buckles on both sides disintegrated within 3 months of purchase. Bought that bag for work, it has been outstanding. The compartments are well thought out with plenty of space for whatever office supplies you need. Warranty
I bought it on microcenter and after a few months the laptop briefcase was damaged, I contact support follow the instructions and sent the evidence and after 2 weeks I receive my replacement, product is great

Nice Bag poor quality of slide buckles
I have been using this bag for 2 months it is fine except for the fact that both slide buckles on the should strap have broken in the last week. For some reason they went very low quality on the plastic for these parts.

Back Pocket
Its a great bag, however, the back side pocket is no longer double lined and the bottom on the pocket wears out quick. I had to retune the bag twice. I just so accustomed to the bag and I haven't found another brand I can switch to, Hopefully SwissGear will reinforce the back side pocket like they use to make it before.
