Love it so far
We have a staff of about 20 guys and this is set up in the manufacturing shop. Very heavy duty and it lights up very bright. It works fine for basic clocking in and clocking out and we can use any type of time card for it. Satisfied with this purchase.

Weak design
Must use Pyramid Timecards that are oversized and do not fit into common timecard racks! Buy this timeclock and you will be locked into buying Pyramid time cards (only available one sided) AND you either cut 1/2" off each card or replace your existing timecard rack.

Easy Set Up.
Item was delivered right on time and was very easy to set up. The ribbon for the timecard printing is really light and hard to see.

New Time Clock
This time clock requires special time cards due to the width of the platform the time card sits on. The line up is a little tricky for punching on the correct line. Needs a lot of practice with the employees. I like the print it is clear and we have it showing the date also. It's just ok
Installed and using. Works as expected except requires special cards to be used. The ones we have been using forever get swallowed up and you can't control where the clock in will go on the card.

Not quite what we needed
I'm sure this would work great for punching time cards, but we ordered it to time and date stamp incoming mail. It's not quite heavy duty enough to stamp many many pieces continuously and most of the mail wouldn't fit through the stamp feature to receive the time and date stamp. We'll be returning it for another.

Good choice for price
I bought this time clock because it is made in the USA and reasonably priced. It was easy to install and the printed output is really easy to read. It works on other cards, not just the ones they send along. So far I am pleased with the purchase.

Purchased Time clock
Our repair tickets rely on a clock that posts the date and the time and is on regular paper. The newer time clocks use thermal paper and not regular paper or time cards. Thus this time clock is just what we were looking for,

Pyramid 3700 Heavy Duty Digital Time Clock
It was so easy to program. The last one we had was so difficult so I procrastinated installing this one, partially because I was busy. When I finally installed it, I was so upset I had not done it sooner. So user friendly. Thank you.

Major mistake to have purchased this model/brand. Any time there is a storm, power outage or just a slight power surge, the clock resets itself to a new time period which would be fine if it just affected the total hours in the time period (weekly for us). We replaced our old worn-out analog time clock with this model. It was a much-needed replacement that automates the date advancement electronically.
