Poor quality control-not Staples problem
Ordered now 2 of these and had to return them both. Manufacturer defect leaves the one tab that holds the page open too short to hold the pages! The other tab is normal. You can’t see the defect until after you take the cardboard off. Ugh. Really wanted to try this out and solve the reading in bed neck problem!

Just what I needed
I have severe neck pain and was looking for something to help me elevate my head when reading. With a table tray and the document stand my neck is a lot less strained. It works great and was reasonably priced.

Great little product
It easily keeps open my 600 page book which I was not expecting. The little tabs to keep the pages open are easy to maneuver so it can done with one hand. Just ended up being surprised at how well it worked!

Overall I think that this booklift works very well. I would have wanted it to have depth adjustments on the page holders so that the book could be stabilized in place more securely.

Useful and practical
The document stand on first look appears fragile however it is strong enough to hold my study Bible in place. It is very well constructed not only does it hold the pages in place but it is also small enough to fold and take it anywhere I need to use it. And that's a very good thing.

12+ years later this thing is still going strong!
I bought this back in 2011(ish) in high school as a textbook holder. It carried me through college and 8 years so far in the workforce. I freaking love this thing.
