Difficult to use Ready Tabs
It is very difficult for an aging person to pull out the ready-tab.

Pendaflex ready tab hanging file folders
I really like them. They're a vast improvement over the tabs that you have to fit in the slots yourself. It was all delivered promptly. Thank-you, Staples.

I really like the built-in snap tabs. No more fooling around with the tabs bending to insert them into the slots and the breaking after a year or 2.
