Flimsy
I have ordered these exact steno pads before with the same manufacturer number and was very pleased with them. As other reviews have stated, they are different now. The cover is white, not brown as pictured, and it is VERY flimsy. Not what I expected and I'm disappointed in the decreased quality of this product.

It is a steno pad.
It is a steno pad. It does what it is supposed to do. I would have been happier if they came in college rule but steno pads don't. But that is the only thing that could improve a steno pad.

I like it easy to write on. Hard to erase on.taking pages off is a little hard leaves paper on the ring.

Sturdy back
This product is superior to the other brand purchased same day. Why?
1. Most important is that the backing is sturdy, not flimsy.

Just what he wanted!
My husband has been using these pads since we got married in which to “keep records” of our bills & expenses. I could not find these locally and bought some other brand. He was very unhappy. So glad I could get them online. They fold over easily without crimping and do not tear out easily, which is what he loves about them. He highly recommends them!

Bait and switch
Product delivered was not as advertised. Has a white, flimsy cover. Older model -- that is shown on the website -- has a sturdier light brown cover.

This is the new version of what I thought I ordered. Some model and UPC.
The new model has a white cover. All the cardboard is now thinner as compared to the previous model and makes for a surface similar to writing on a limp noodle. I ordered this one because the ones in store had the same characteristics.
It is not the one you see in the picture.

Picture Does Not Match Product!!
I have ordered this AMPAD stock number for years because these books have strong, sturdy back AND front covers, but recently when I ordered what I have for years, I receive books with two thin covers for the same price as the ones I used to get with sturdy covers. The picture on this website is not what you will be getting.
