Exactly what I needed, very slow shipping
For an item this small, I expected a box or even a shipping bag about 4 inches across. This arrived in a box big enough to ship a toaster. Also, they advertise 1 day shipping, this didn't even ship for 4 days.

Loadrite ink ribbon
As far as I know the Ribbon is working well in the Loader. It was alittle difficult to replace but seems to print well.

Staples.com has good service, the local store not so much
When I went to pick up my product at the local store, the elderly clerk treated me unprofessionally and rudely. I had to get the store manager to straightener her out. I understand that good help is hard to find, so I am still going to use Staples.

No store pick up
I was very disappointed in the on line ordering. There was no way for me to select to ship to my local store for pick up. It cost me $10 in shipping costs. Has not happened like that on my previous orders.

Product shipped quickly . . . . great service although I'm sure Staples lost on this sale since the product only cost $6 and the free shipping must have cost Staples about that much. But I will remember the great service next time I need to order anything.
