In premise, these are awesome. Write on your pages, then tear off and "post-it note" it to the wall. Mine got wet, or weren't packed right, or something. Very wavy, couldn't write on them.

For in-person group collaboration and brainstorming, this tool is critical to that supporting that work. Sheets are easy to pull off the pad, and stick to walls-- it doesn't leave any residue, so it works great when renting/borrowing a meeting space that only allows painter's tape. love my Staples rewards & Post-it Easel Pad
I use easel pads in my volunteer work at personal care homes, so finding a good deal on these big tablets is a blessing: 4 in a pack for almost half the usual cost WITH my Staples rewards for recycling HP ink cartridges! Shipping was fast and the home delivery was great for the bulky package of them—over 2 feet x 2 1/2. Gotta love rewards!

the only pads i order
The post-it pads stick to the walls really well and you can leave them on the wall for a while. They do not fall on their own. When you remove them from the wall, they do not take the paint with them.
