Very disappointed in performance
We use this product daily for our business & we're very disappointed in its performance. Unfortunately, it's now made with a film ribbon rather than a cloth ribbon. The cloth ribbon was more durable, lasted longer & was worth the $ spent. Plastic ribbon lasts (if we're lucky) 1 month. Our company is spending more $ than we should have to for a product that we can't find...

Reliable
This is the only ink ribbon I use in my impact printer. I have tried off-brand ones that were less expensive and was sorely disappointed. I am pleased that Staples carries them now so I can get them faster.
