It is not Ivory it is yellow
Every time I order the 250/pack of Ivory Cover Stock it is yellow. I have been using Ivory Cover Stock for years for CD projects and recently online orders of the 250 pack are yellowish not Ivory. If I go to the store and buy the 125/pack it is an exact Ivory match that I have been using for years.

Is this cardstock? It's so thin
Interestingly enough the packaging on this item calls it 'cover stock' not cardstock like the website says. It's very thin. I could not use it but could not return it because Staples does not accept open returns. Buyer beware. If you're looking for nice thick paper, this is not it.

I think Cream is the wrong color description for this product.
The color that came in is definitely not cream but more of a tan? Yellowy and dark? I wouldn't consider it cream.

Canon printer good, HP printer bad!
I have an HP printer and a Canon printer. When printing on the HP the ink wood smear all over the paper and was extremely easy to creach off or smudge. When I printed from the Canon I had no such problem(had to let the ink dry first so it would smudge). I really needed it for my HP printer so this is a bummer.

This is STAPLES brand, not Quill Brand
I would not have purchased this if I had known it was the Staples brand (which I have purchased from Staples before and didn't like), which is much more yellow than cream shown in picture. If you are selling Staples brand, then say so.
Future buyers, be aware of this! Color is not what is shown in listing.

delivery process
I was displeased at your delivery processs. I have been a client for years and now instead of our delivery being left in our church we could not get it for days. Sometimes the pastor is not on the premises but the door is opened. This delivery process needs to change!

Great for printing rewards certificates
We use this paper to print reward certs for our customers. We have to print them slowly or the paper gets stuck because of the thickness

Item is not the same color as the picture
This item is a much deeper yellow than it looks in the pictures. I would not consider this "cream" colored.
