Not Enough in each bag
It says makes 10-12 cups, but you have to use 1 1/2 - 2 bags to make a 12 cup pot.

It says makes 10-12 cups, but you have to use 1 1/2 - 2 bags to make a 12 cup pot.

Not filter packets!!
I wanted the hospitality sachets that we see in hotels. These are a pot's worth of loose grounds. If you rip them open you'll have a big mess that smells wonderful. Good coffee, convenient pack for the other folks in the office who use the traditional electric coffee maker, but not the right product for me.

Not great
We use this in our office, but it is very earthy. I prefer something brighter for office purposes, a breakfast blend. I'm outvoted by our other office coffee drinkers, but I think this one is not good.
