Good Purchase
Yes they are pricey but they hold up for years. We reuse them after 5 years when we circulate old files. These boxes hold up at least 10 years or more.

These storage drawer boxes are very good file boxes
I like using these because they stack. They are easy to put together. They hold a lot of files and weight. We are using them for our move. I did get one without the metal frame that goes inside the drawer sleeve. I would like someone to contact me if possible to get this frame.

Boxes great for document storage
Sturdy boxes great for document filing for storage. The handles on drawer type pull out are helpful if document has to be retrieved. However the handles sometimes are not sturdy enough to prevent breakage.

Their Durable But Not For Too Long
The boxes are good, but they tend to lose their durability over time. I don't mean in a few years but a few months. It could be the storage rooms temperature. However even in the cold the boxes will start to get brittle and break and tear with little force even if you're opening it. They are good for holding your documents but no more than 15 pounds I believe should be ...

not what I expected
They were more work to put together than we expected. After putting files in them we realized the weight was too heavy to pull out the drawer as intended so we had to take files out and not fill them up all the way. Not a filing cabinet substitute
The idea that when you have multiple stacked boxes, if you need a document, you don't have to unstack everything is great. However it's still limited as a drawer - the documents inside the box of course get very heavy, and make opening the drawer very difficult. Great for storage and accessibility but don't expect to use this as a proper filing cabinet substitute.
