Too small
The black ink cartridge is small and when the printer says that the ink is done, it will not do anything! It will not print a green color copy if black is out. The whole machine shuts down until you replace it. You never get a faded black copy! I think I could make a lot more copies with what is left if it would let me. Sometimes a faded copy is better than nothing!

It didn't work. My Epson RX580 will not recognize the cartridge. This is the second cartridge I've tried. The first was from another vendor. Think I am going to have to buy a new printer. Never had this problem before and have tried everything possible. I know this printer is over 10 years old.

Light Cyan Ink Cartridge
When Placed into the prtr I rec'd the message "Ink cartridge not recognized". Msg can't be cleared. Called Epson - NO HELP. Inferred the cartridge was bought off the black market.

The staff I spoke to was great. Helpful, friendly and professional. The only issue is the in store inventory. Iāve been there three times and there is never what I need in stock. I also noticed a customer with the same issue but she just left. Lost sale. The store could use some organizing. Iām available for part time work if youāre hiring. š

Epson 78 ink cartridge
Store doesn't stock enough single ink cartridges, usually only a few and a few combo packs of five, all #78. I prefer the high capacity #77 cartridges.

It's hard to find the ink I need for this older Epson printer
Glad I can still get most of the colors at Staples. Sometimes I still need to go to Epson itself, like for Light Magenta. It'd be nice if I could get all the colors for my RX595 here.
