Works great
I ship a lot of big boxes. This scale is perfect size for the dimensions. Its sturdy and the rubber mat works well so the boxes don't slip off. I highly recommend this product.

Broke after 2 weeks being sent replacement
First 2 weeks were wonderful and productive. Work day #11 an estimated 30 lb box read 367 lbs. Used manual recalibrated did not resolve. $320 estimate to repair and calibrate most of the original purchase price. Staples is replacing with same model at no cost just time lost. Hopefully just a 1 time thing.

Works great
