Broken in 4 months
I purchased the Fellowes Galaxy 500 on Oct. 12, 2011. I bind approx. x 20 - 3/8" manuals a month. This machine worked great until about Feb. 2012 and I started noticing that the binding portion of the machine was getting harder and harder to open the comb binds.
