No packaging
The roll of paper came without packaging, and the outside had many gashes/dents. This ruined the first 15-20 feet of the roll with holes in the paper. The paper itself was also a lot thinner than it has been in the past. Very lightweight compared to our other paper rolls.

good price, needs protection
Good price. Rapid shipping. Delivered bare roll, no protection, so had a gash through about a dozen layers. I bought 30-lb weight as backing for shooting targets; in hindsight I wish I'd gotten 40 lb.
