Chalk is Dust
I have used this chalk many times and it is made in France and of excellent quality. However, it was unavailable at my Staples store so I ordered it on line at the store, When it was received it was poorly shipped and the two (2) boxes ordered contained nothing but broken pieces and dust.
A great product that arrived in the USA from France, but sadly couldn't arrive at...

It's very hard to find chalk.That is the same diameter from end to end. That's what is needed for a Chalk holder. I guess the manufacturers don't think about those things.

Erases cleanly
I buy this chalk every time we need new chalk at my university. It erases cleanly every time - no residues of former chalk lines. I just wish that they would package it so that you don't end up with half of the chalk sticks broken before you open up the box.

Great chalk... if you can get it in one piece.
I wish someone would carry Prang chalk in their stores instead of having to have it special ordered. Yes, it's dusty, but if flows across the chalkboard, making it worth it.

Love Quill! I placed our order and had it the very next day. We have several teachers that like the Low Dust Chalk. I haven't heard of any complaints so far.
