SO CHEAP
You should not be carrying such an inferior product. One has broken glass.

These frames broke very easily. I suggest not buying unless you like to glue a lot.

Broken
I ordered one and it came in with the Glass Face shattered. Quill was really good to send me another one, but that too arrived with the Glass Face shattered. Quill was awesome to issue a credit, but I wouldn't recommend buying something with a glass face that needs to be shipped :/

Nu-Dell E-Z Mount Frame, 8-1/2x11", Glass Face
The frames mount easily and look very nice. The main problem I had was getting them delivered without breaking. But Quill replaced them with no question or hesitation. Thanks.

Exactly what I needed.
Not only are the frames just what I was needing and were as advertised but, I placed my order on Tuesday and the frames were delivered on Wednesday. From what the UPS delivery person told me, this is not unusual. well done folks!!

I was impressed by the quality of the frame based on the price I paid for the frame. Most document frames that are lower in price are usually flimsy. As well, some frames you have to snap together. These types of frames don't last long because the parts don't always stay tight.

I wish there was a "minus" stars I could give this product. When received them, three were broken, and now one of the remaining ones we kept is broken. I wouldn't purchase this product, and I would recommend Staples take it off of their website and out of the store for purchase.

I would NOT buy this product again.
We ordered 5 of these frames, 2 of the frames (not the glass) were broken. We reordered replacements and they were also broken. I would not purchase these again.

poor quality
We purchased 4 of these online and when they arrived all 4 were broken. There was no protection whatsoever in the box so all of the frames were cracked or broken. I had to return them and find something elsewhere.

" Poor Product"
Not Worth a dime. Very poor product and you all didn't even wrap them from getting broken. The frames were just tossed in the box and a couple were broken so, I had glass everywhere.

Not happy
It is very difficult to insert the document and replace the backing; also does not hang easily because the cardboard backing is flush with the hanger.

Good economical choice
I was expecting an inexpensive frame for long-term display of customer letters. I would not recommend this item for something that needs to be changed out regularly.
