Good Product
I just got it, and it came delivered to my door, with signature needed, which seems like a rare occasion.
The product seems good. Its solid metal, has a good powder coating, is not chintzy, and looks well built.

Need a new design
This is the most frustrating thing I've purchased from Staples ever. There is no back to the pockets so papers fall down behind the unit.
This is where we stage orders for pulling, so orders are regularly getting missed because of the papers that get stuck behind the slots or that fall out of the bottom.
Would NOT buy again.

This is very sturdy but the picture is misleading because the files do not fit the way they are shown. We have to place them up and down and they are standard/letter sized folders

This was heavier than I expected but now I love how solid it is. Easy enough to install but would recommend hitting at least one stud for the wall hanging. Very Happy I did not get a plastic one.

We like it.
Using it in a patient holding space in surgery area. Looks nice on the wall. Easy to see the titles of the forms in it so no need to label the pockets. Sturdy.
