Rolls arrived damaged... twice!
Ordered 2 plotter rolls. Both arrived damaged. They weren't damaged in shipping as the outside box was not damaged. The rolls were not secured in their box and therefore unraveled during shipping causing the ends to become so badly damaged that we couldn't load them into the plotter. returned it after I found another roll - not as wide - and shorter but less expensive for my project
