I am NOT happy with this product. It does not access banking transactions as advertised on the box. It is NOT a stand alone program as the box states. You MUST have Quicken (which was the program I was trying to replace) or another banking program to access the banking transactions and then you can't find them. This is very misleading product
very misleading I spent hours trying to get it loaded and still had no luck doing diskless. You have to pay for additional downloads and if you need tech support you have to pay for that as well. Got so frustrated I retuned to store.

Terrible a non starter
Waste of money, the program isn’t updated to work with windows 7 or 10, even if states so on the website, no customer support and frankly it’s an old fastened program.

Perfect for emergency!
I found myself without checks and was in a bind needing to have a check for a delivery. My local bank no longer offers checks at the local branch and I didnt have lead tine to wait for an order. Thankfully this was available at my local Staples store and was easy to set up and use. I was able to print the check I needed as well as several others.

Good product
I bought Checksoft for the check designer. The check designer is very easy to use. In no time I was printing personalized checks instead of buying them from the bank. I have used the checkbook part of this product and it also is easy to use. I highly recommend this product to all.

Wouldn't install even after uninstalling prior version (Check Designer portion - the part that prints the checks) per instructions. Support staff slow to respond and not helpful. Returned to store for refund.

cannot get it installed and up to a 2 day response time from tech support )-; Also the day after you purchase it you get an email to pay another $39.95 for the upgrade ...... why do I have to pay for an upgrade the day after I bring the product home??

Do not buy this software ....
If you need to work with other accounting apps, do not buy this software unless you are using dated software (see below). The version Staples sells is very outdated, and doesn't work with recent versions of programs like QuickBooks. It is version 10, and their latest is version 13. The company will not upgrade the software and insists that you buy a *full* version - app...
